Prepare the surface thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and looseparticles.Repair the cracks up to 5 mm with UN1ON KRACK SEAL and above 5 mm cracks with UN1ONBOND and modified mortar.Allow all surfaces to dry completely prior to coating.All old surfaces having existing efflorescence must be thoroughly washed with water and driedbefore applying the product.Any source of water in contact with the substrate causing dampness must be closed or eliminatedto avoid raising dampness from inside
