Properties:

• Appearance -Milky White Viscous Liquid
• Specific Gravity- 1.10 g /cc
• Surface Drying 4 – 6 hours
• Hard Dry 24 hours

Surface Preparation:

• Prepare the surface thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose
  particles.
• Repair the cracks up to 5 mm with UN1ON KRACK SEAL and above 5 mm cracks with UN1ON
  BOND and modified mortar.
• Allow all surfaces to dry completely prior to coating.
• All old surfaces having existing efflorescence must be thoroughly washed with water and dried
  before applying the product.
• Any source of water in contact with the substrate causing dampness must be closed or eliminated
  to avoid raising dampness from inside

Application Process:

• Ensure the substrate is clean and dry before applying the product.
• UN1ON PRIME is water dilutable and can be diluted with fresh and clean water to suit the
  application requirement.
• Apply the product with the help of stiff and short brush and allowed to air dry for 4-6 hours before subsequent coat.
• One or two coats can be applied keeping the interval of 4 to 6 Hrs.

Dilution:

• UN1ON PRIME can be diluted up to 40% using clean and fresh water.

Coverage:

• UN1ON PRIME has a coverage of approximately 10 – 12 m2 per litre per coat (Actual coverage is dependent on substrate condition, application method, application condition and finishing
  appearance)

• Packing available: 1 Kg & 5 Kg

Storage:

• UN1ON PRIME has a Shelf life of 12 Months from the date of manufacturing. Store the material in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
